Quartely, 1st and 4th, Or a greyhound courant between two bars sable (Baker), 2nd and 3rd, Gules a chevron argent between three helmets proper (Cholmley), impaling, Azure a fess nebuly between three crescents, between the horns of each an estoile or (Bateman)

Crest: Out of a ducal coronet a cockatrice or

Mantling: Gules and argent

Motto: Mors janua vita!  (Death is the gate of life!)

For Richard Baker, of Orsett Hall, who married Elizabeth Bateman, and died 22 Apr. 1751, aged 43.
